Free- Lucky Green Smoothies Recipe
:: 2 cups fresh spinach
:: ¾ cup frozen pineapple
:: 2-3 tablespoons sweetened shredded coconut
:: 1 banana
:: ½ cup milk of choice (we like light coconut milk)
:: ¾ cup Greek yogurt
Simply layer everything in the blender and puree until well mixed!
