For overall good health; better intestinal health and yeast infection control, try this Kale Shake recipe which is also made of Natural Anti-Inflammatory foods:
Ingredients:
5-6 Kale leaves (stems removed, washed and chopped)
1 Cup Organic Blueberries
1/2 Cup Organic Yogurt (Plain-You can use Vanilla as a subsitute for the Honey)
2 tbsp Honey
Directions:
Blend the Kale Leaves until they are very fine, then blend in the yogurt, blueberries and honey, until mostly smooth. Chill and drink while still cold, once per day.
*Blueberries & Kale are natural anti-inflammatory foods!
